Price Policy

Xadok application is a delivery service for orders from food store companies (supermarkets) and specialized stores such as water companies, butcheries, vegetables and fruits and others. - Any differences in prices or products’ availability depends on the updates that we receive from the stores and it is subject to update by the suppliers and specialized stores. - The final price of the order is calculated after the completion of the preparation of the customer's selected order. - Prices are affected by weights and the quality of the requested items. The final price is approved after the order assembly process is completed and delivery fees are added to it. A store’s invoice will be attached to each request that shows the value of the products chosen by the customer. - The customer can contact the customer services’ team in case the invoice was not provided. - All products’ prices displayed on the application are inclusive of VAT. - Any additional fees for the order, such as delivery fees, etc., are clarified in the order summary and can be viewed before dispatching the order.
